Even though you know your education is an important component to your financial future, sometimes you need some help to get there. Our scholarships are funded by alumni, members of the Colorado business community, and the State of Colorado, to help you get the best education possible.
The scholarships listed here are offered through the UC Denver Business School, however there may be more available through the Scholarship Office and other sources.

Undergraduate Scholarships
We offer you scholarships for both academic accomplishment and for financial need.
General undergraduate scholarships
- The Board of Advisors Scholarship, based on demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, service and financial need.
- Dean's Scholarship for Continuing Undergraduate Business Students, for continuing UC Denver business students with demonstrated academic excellence.
- The Business School Excellence Scholarship for Incoming Undergraduate Business Students, for incoming undergraduate business students with demonstrated excellence or potential for excellence in business.
- The Dean's Community College Scholarship, for Colorado community college students enrolling in the UC Denver Business School with demonstrated excellent academic performance.
- The Business School Sustaining Student Scholarship, for currently enrolled undergraduate business students demonstrating financial need.
- Dean's Business School Student Leaders Scholarship, for demonstrated leaders whose efforts have produced tangible benefits for the Business School.
- Undergraduate International Study Scholarship,
- for the fully enrolled UC Denver undergraduate business student applying to a UC Denver travel study or exchange program.
Accounting
- Deloitte & Touche Scholarship, based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.
- PricewaterhouseCoopers Scholarship, based on demonstrated academic performance and strong leadership potential.
- Accounting Program Scholarship, based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.
Finance
- Carolyn Lee Henderson Scholarship, for upper division undergraduate or graduate students in finance and demonstrated financial need.
Marketing
- The Robert E. Moore Memorial Scholarship, for marketing students demonstrating strong academic performance.
Graduate Scholarships
Graduate scholarships as a rule are more difficult to find, however at the UC Denver Business School we have worked to fund scholarships for graduate degrees. These scholarships are administered through the Business School. You may be able to find more general study scholarships through the Scholarship Office and other sources.
General graduate scholarships
- Dean's Super Merit Scholarship, for those with an overall GMAT score of 680 or higher and demonstrate leadership ability and commitment to professional success.
- Dean's Business School Student Leaders Scholarship, based on demonstrated accomplishment and contribution to the Business School during the academic year of the award.
- Lockheed Martin Alumni Scholarship, based on academic accomplishment and evidence of demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, and personal responsibility. For students with an undergraduate degree in engineering, mathematics or science seeking a graduate degree in business.
MBA
- 11-Month MBA Scholarship, for academically accomplished students in the 11-Month MBA program with evidence of demonstrated integrity, teamwork, problem-solving skills, maturity, self-motivation and personal responsibility.
- MBA Faculty's Scholarship, based on academic accomplishment and evidence of integrity, leadership, teamwork, self-motivation and personal responsibility.
- MBA Opportunity Scholarship, based on excellence or potential for excellence in the MBA program, demonstrated financial need and evidence of demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, self-motivation and personal responsibility.
- MBA Outstanding Scholar Award to award truly outstanding MBA students, based on academic excellence and evidence of demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
Accounting
- Deloitte & Touche Scholarship, based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.
- Accounting Program Scholarship, based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.
Entrepreneurship
- Coulter Foundation Award, based on demonstrated financial need and involvement in civic or social nonprofit organizations.
- Dean's Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship, based on demonstrated financial need and pursuit of excellence in the areas of general business, business ownership, novel idea development, or technology transfer.
- Excellence in American Entrepreneurship Scholarship, is awarded to high-performing entrepreneurs.
- Harry Trueblood Scholarship, is awarded to students who plan to earn a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies.
- John Mehalchin Scholarship Fund, is awarded to outstanding business students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs .
Finance
- Carolyn Lee Henderson Scholarship, upper division undergraduate or graduate students in finance and demonstrated financial need.
- MS in Finance Fellows Scholarship, To benefit promising students entering the MS in Finance Program.
Information Systems
- Dean's Scholarship in Information Systems, for those in information systems programs with demonstrated financial need and academic excellence.
International Business
- Master of Science in International Business Merit Scholarship, for academically superior graduate students in the MS in International Business program.
Management
- Excellence in Management Scholarship, for academically superior graduate students in the MS in Management program.
- Excellence in Human Resources Management Scholarship, for academically superior graduate students in the MS in Management program specializing in Human Resources Management.
Marketing
- MS in Marketing Fellows Scholarship, for graduate students in the MS in Marketing program showing excellence in Marketing.
- The Robert E. Moore Memorial Scholarship, for Marketing students demonstrating strong academic performance.
- MS in Marketing Sustaining Student Scholarship, for academically superior graduate students in the MS in Marketing program.
