The international business program provides students with many opportunities to take their education beyond the classroom. As a student, I have been able to take advantage of a study-travel program in China, participate in a research internship in the area of international trade, and attend an off-site meeting of the Global Executive Forum offered through the Institute for International Business and CIBER. These experiences have provided valuable networking opportunities that have in turn led me to South America on a trade mission, utilized my skills as a translator and interpreter in a professional setting and an experience in both personal and professional development.
