Women Executives from member companies come together to network and learn. These are vendor free events. Meetings are held in some of the best restaurants in town.

Our partnership with CITI has been extremely valuable to Lockheed Martin from several perspectives. It has benefited our employees by providing opportunities to network with their Information Technology counterparts in other industries – the CITI Birds of a Feather forums have helped us learn about best practices in areas, such as IT security. It has allowed us to supplement our employee training curriculum with additional live training courses from nationally recognized speakers on topics of interest, such as project management from well-recognized speakers. Lastly, it has allowed us to be engaged with the local universities to influence curriculums that will allow us to impact the qualifications of our future workforce. CITI is clearly a leader supporting workforce innovation and Lockheed Martin Space Systems is proud to be a member of CITI.
